Product Description

The fully automatic production line for non-woven disposable slippers consists of a slipper body machine and a packaging machine. This machine is a 5th generation improved version with fast speed and stable production quality. The non-woven fabric has a thin sole design, and the finished product has a rounded edge. The multi-layer materials of the shoe tray and sole are welded by ultrasonic waves, with firm edge sealing, wear resistance, anti slip, non-toxic, and antibacterial properties. Suitable for one-time use by customers in fast hotels, inns, clubs, home receptions, saunas and beauty salons, it can effectively enhance the corporate image and customer experience, and will comprehensively replace traditional knitting techniques. Main Feature
1) Solid materials used
The whole machine is mostly welded with steel plates for aging and shaping, and the surface of the body is finely processed to ensure accurate installation shape and position. The body is stable and heavy, eliminating the impact of mechanical and ultrasonic vibration on the stability of equipment operation, and increasing the service life of the equipment.

2) Servo control system
Using a servo system for drive control, ensuring that each workstation is always in synchronous operation. The position adjustment of each workstation is parameterized through a human-machine interface, which is convenient, fast, and intuitive to operate,avoiding the inconvenience or damage caused by mechanical adjustment.

3) Automatic discharge and waste collection
Using a roll film automatic feeding system, the tension is constant during the roll film feeding process, the feed position is
precise, and the cutting position is uniform. It can greatly increase the yield of finished products. After discharge, the waste edge is equipped with a large waste collection mechanism, which can effectively save labor and factory space, and improve production efficiency.

4) Flywheel folding
The flywheel folding mechanism is independently controlled by a servo. After the coil is segmented, it enters the folding
mechanism for positioning and folding. It has functions such as adjustable folding angle, precise synchronization, and
controllable folding position.

PP melt-blown nonwovens: We developed our own multiple electret charging technology, which combined hydro electret charging and static electret charging technology together.  The multiple electret charging technology provide product much less filtration accessioin after years of storage.  Together with our customized formula with electret master batch, patented high voltage charging equipment with special designed charging panel. The filter cloth has high filtration efficiency with lower penetration pressure and can keep stable electrostatic feature for longer time.

PBT melt-blown liquid filtration media: We have modified PBT raw resin so as to greatly improve its melting characteristics in the melt-blown process. It is regarded as an ideal fuel filtration media and widely used for oil filter in the car due to its high temperature usage and stable chemical property.

We produce melt-blown nonwovens which is mainly used as filter media in the application of air filtration and purification. We are specialized in melt-blown technology and have 20 years of experience in melt-blown nonwovens production. We developed our own electret charging equipment and electret master batch, adopting unique formula, to help with our nonwovens reach higher filtration efficiency and lower air penetration pressure. Our factory has five 1.6 meter wide automatic production lines for PP nonwovens material and two production line for PBT material. PP melt-blown nonwoven fabrics fit for middle to high efficiency filters, ranging from F5 - F9 standard to H10 - H12 standard. PBT melt-blown nonwovens can be used in the production of auto fuel and oil filters.

We can also source other nonwoven filter media from China supplier to meet your requirement of panel filters, bag filters, rigid bag filters and HEPA filters, if possible. For eg.
